Poop Log Privacy Policy

Effective date: May 11, 2026

Poop Log is a local-only dog poop logging app. It stores dog profiles and poop log timestamps on your device. Its Home Screen widgets use the same local app storage to show the latest status and log a new poop. Poop Log does not require an account, upload your logs, use analytics or advertising SDKs, or track you across apps or websites.

Information Stored In The App

Poop Log stores the dog names you add and the poop log timestamps you create. This information is saved locally on your device with Apple's app storage system and a shared local app container used by the Poop Log widget.

Information Collected By The Developer

Poop Log does not transmit dog profiles, poop logs, identifiers, location, contact information, usage analytics, diagnostics, or other app data to the developer.

Tracking And Advertising

Poop Log does not include third-party advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, tracking domains, or cross-app tracking behavior.

Accounts And Sync

Poop Log does not use accounts, cloud sync, server storage, subscriptions, or external login providers.

Deleting Data

You can delete individual poop logs and dog profiles inside the app. You can also use Reset Local Data in Settings, or remove all locally stored app data by deleting Poop Log from your device.

Children's Privacy

Poop Log is not designed to collect personal information from children and does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone.

Changes

If Poop Log's data practices change, this policy and the App Store privacy answers should be updated before releasing that change.
